Description
ER4043: Commonly referred to as “AlSi5″, has a 5% silicon and is the oldest and one of the most widely used aluminum welding wires for general purpose applications.
SHIELDING GAS: Usually 100% Argon, Helium or mix.
EXCELLENCE: The silicon additions result in improved fluidity to make the alloy a preferred choice by welders. Less sensitive to weld cracking and produces brighter.
MULTIPLE USAGE: Welding Wire ER4043 can use where base metal require thermal treatment. It also can be used on weld forge and casting materials.
APPLICATION: It can be used to weld various grades of aluminum, 3003, 3004, 5052, 6061, 6063, casing alloys 43, 355, 356 and 214.
